Ankit Vaghela

is the Business Head of Accord Management, a fast-growing organization in the direct marketing and sales industry, recognized for its focus on leadership development and entrepreneurial excellence.

With a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance, Ankit combines strong academic grounding with sharp business acumen. He began his professional journey with HDFC Bank in operations, gaining early exposure to corporate systems and discipline. However, driven by a larger vision of financial independence and enterprise creation, he made a decisive shift into the marketing and sales domain in 2012 by joining Triforce Incorporation as a Business Associate.

What followed was a journey defined by performance, adaptability, and accelerated growth. Demonstrating exceptional leadership potential and a deep understanding of business dynamics, he was promoted to Business Head in December 2014.

On 3rd January 2015, Ankit founded Accord Management—marking the beginning of his entrepreneurial legacy. Starting from Surat, he strategically expanded operations across multiple cities, including Kanpur and Vadodara, establishing a strong presence and a reputation for building high-performance teams.

Under his leadership, Accord Management has evolved into a platform that goes beyond conventional business models - fostering a culture of ambition, discipline, and continuous growth. His approach emphasizes hands-on learning across critical business functions, enabling individuals to transition from employees to independent business leaders.

Ankit is widely recognized for his ability to mentor and develop young talent, creating leaders who are equipped to thrive in competitive environments. His leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that true success is driven not by background, but by mindset, environment, and the courage to take calculated risks.
